He will guide you through a variety of mindfulness practices that will empower you to navigate the storm of pandemic with less anxiety and greater ease. 

Join Curt weekly for virtual guided mindfulness sessions every Sunday 4:00pm – 5:00pm (Eastern Time)
This class is suitable for new and experienced meditators. 

This is a donation-based class. Dana* gratefully accepted.
