Finding Balance and Success in Law School

The challenges of law school can be very stressful. Mindfulness offers research-proven techniques that:
Reduce stress
Improve mood and energy
Increase focus and mental clarity
Improve communication
Manage difficult situations and emotions
Increase enjoyment and appreciation of life
During this workshop, students will have the opportunity to explore and practice a variety of mindfulness techniques that will reduce stress and improve concentration while studying and practicing law.
