Stress and burnout are significant challenges for healthcare professionals.

Mindfulness practices increase resilience - the ability to adapt to and bounce back from stress. Wellness Providers who practice Mindful Resilience are better equipped to handle the many challenges presented in patient care and are less likely to experience burnout.

The Maslach Burnout Inventory for Medical Personnel will be completed by all participants.

Mindfulness training is supported by over two decades of research

This research-based training will reduce the negative effects of stress, promoting healthy changes, including:

  • decreased stress and burnout.

  • increased resilience.

  • enhanced performance.

  • improved concentration.

  • strengthened problem-solving abilities.
